Presented by the great minds behind Mobelux*, there will be case studies on mobile app development, business models, and successes to help you in your decision to develop an app.

Mobulex was founded in 2008 by Garrett Ross and Jeff Rock. Mobelux’s apps include Tumblrette, the 1st official Tumblr app, Instapaper for Android, Carousel, an app to experience Instagram on Mac, and the newly released Elixr, an iPhone app that allows users share drinks recommendations with friends.

This year’s RVA Hackathon is a 12 hour event on June 22nd, 2013 for attendees to develop an idea they’ve been meaning to tackle. There are no restrictions on platform or language and there is no theme. At the end of the event we’ll have everyone present what they made and award the best stuff.
