Jim Bacon, of Bacon’s Rebellion, posted a story recently about the unique public-private partnership between the City of Richmond and four Richmond garden clubs of the Garden Club of Virginia. The project was designed not only to beautify a heavily-trafficked thoroughfare, but also reduce storm water run-off into the James River.

3north Principal Jay Hugo has been working closely with both parties to bring the first project to fruition on 14th Street here in Richmond, pictured above.
